Firstly, the packaging stood out — no plastic in the packaging at all! Wrapped in a self fabric bag and in a cardboard box...tick!

A disappointing purchase!
The description of this pillow is misleading. The pillow is very soft and sinks right in when you lie on it — thereby providing very little support. I wouldn't recommend this product.
