  • Descaling:
  • Descale the kettle regularly, even in soft water areas, to prevent limescale build-up
  • Use a descaler suitable for plastic products, following the instructions on the packaging
  • If no commercial descaler is available, use white vinegar, bringing it to a boil and repeating as needed to remove calcium build-up
  • After descaling, rinse the kettle several times with clean water
  • Descale monthly, or more often if the kettle becomes noisier
• Water filter cleaning:
  • The filter is located inside the kettle behind the spout
  • With the lid open, gently pull the filter out and rinse it in warm water
  • Use a soft brush to remove any scale
  • To replace the filter, slide it back into its slot until it clicks into place
