Best urn I've owned!
Perfect size for ones daily use, especially when one needs more water than the usual 1.7L that most kettles are designed for. This was perfect for hosting a 60-people luncheon and tea time. This product is great!
It's a great product, only thing is, it should have a timer thermostat where you can set the times you need the water to be at a certain temperature. That would be a great additional feature, but overall a great product.
