Quick sears and sautéing.
I’ve been cooking with this Le Creuset 3-ply, uncoated pan for a little while now, and it’s genuinely become my go-to for quick sears and sautéing. The 3-layer construction (stainless steel + an aluminium core) means it heats evenly from edge to edge. I don’t get weird hot spots, which is something I used to struggle with in other pans.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
