I have and/or have tried most of these and they're all great! This one, in particular, makes it super easy to have a very good Caribbean Jerk Chicken meal. I recommend a heavy seasoning, add in some olive oil, a squeeze of lemon. If possible season and vacuum pack and leave to marinate AT LEAST overnight to get ultimate flavour.
