Barco Food Flavouring, 30ml

Got the Banana and liquorice flavours. Both are excellent. The banana smells exactly like those small banana sweeties we used to eat as kids. The liquorice is like the normal Beacon black string (or drop?) of liquorice you get in shops, lovely. We love it, kids love it.

If you love Cherry Coke or Dr Pepper Cherry but can't find it or if you do it's expensive in South Africa.

Use Barco Cherry flavouring, add a few drops with coke and you have yourself an amazing cherry coke. Well worth it, and will definitely buy more.

Purchase the hazelnut and cotton candy flavours.

I love the Hazelnut flavour as I used this before, it’s definitely a substitute for other essence that are common. Super excited to try the Cotton Candy flavour

I will not gatekeep — this stuff is awesome! I absolutely love iced coffee so I make it and use about 4 drops of any flavour (hazelnut or marshmallow is best) and enjoy! The major positive is that there is no sugar in — which is great because I enjoy my coffee strong without sugar added.

This tastes authentically like Rum. I flavoured my chocolate ganache for tiramisu cupcakes, it tastes like a chocolate liqueur. Perfect.

I also have the coconut flavouring, which I added to cake batter and icing — very authentic flavour. The Barco Clear Vanilla is also perfect.

The flavour profile is brilliant but not as strong as I anticipated. I used an entire bottle to make 1 litre of ice cream. I would still buy it again as I love the flavour.

Expected a better taste enhancement close to the description of the product. It has a very artificial almost plastic after-taste/smell to it. Would not purchase it again.
