- Clean with a soft cloth or sponge using warm water and soap
- Material is heat-resistant, not flame-resistant — may scorch if candle burns below the rim
- Suggested to extinguish and remove the candle 1cm before reaching the rim to prevent scorch marks

- Comes with a 6-month limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship
- Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, mishandling, extreme heat, weather damage, or improper care
- Terrazzo and Jesmonite are water- and stain-tolerant, but not fully waterproof or stain-proof
- Natural wear and character marks may develop over time, especially on porous Jesmonite surfaces
- Each piece is handmade, so slight variations from photos are normal and not covered by warranty
